Dissolves dirt, grime, and tough sticky messes easily! comes with 3 pairs of pads, 1 heavy duty, and 2 gentle pads one of the cleaner bottles is half empty, but the machine is filled with new diluted cleaner. I just used it and it works perfectly fine, it's just my roommate bought a more industrial one, so we're getting rid of this one. the pads are machine washable for easy cleaning.
