I'm a quiet, single, male working professional with great credit, relevant documents, no bad habits or pets; looking for a FULL (not shared), private, legal, long-term, unfurnished, 1 bed & bath (basement) apt, ideally not far from Heartland, 700+ sq ft, with den, kitchen (oven & fridge), hopefully a storage space; internet, laundry (preferred), 1 parking, ideally all utilities included in rent. Hoping to not exceed $1600/mth, avoid the Erin Mills/Meadowvale area, and move in within a few weeks.
