Miniature house and miniature water landscape

I bought these a little while ago and literally I just peaked inside the boxes and said “nah”so I’m selling them to whomever is great with crafts. Pretty neat stuff apparently. They include everything needed to create a detailed miniature scene and sort of a Frank Lloyd Wright type of house. I’m asking for 40 dollars cash in total for these 2 items.
