You can run YouTube kids app. YouTube off Safari or Google browser. The YouTube app is not compatible. Any streaming app like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ won’t work. You can download basic games. Also, you can not create an Apple ID directly onto this iPad because of the older iOS version.
