YoGourmet Yogurt Maker

White yogurt maker by Yo'Gourmet. It's in excellent condition. Extremely efficient and cost saving if you eat/use yogurt regularly. Applicance has only ever been washed with non-fragranced dish soap, for those with chemical sensitivities. Simply heat the milk on a stovetop to appropriate temperature, wait for it to cool down to specific temp before adding yogurt cultures, add water bath around holding container and plug in. Super easy! 24 hr batches = low lactose greek yogurt 6-8 hr batches = commercial style yogurt. (strain for maximum creaminess, save the whey for baking, and small amount of fresh yogurt to use as starter in following batches to save $$) The machine has a small red light that lights up when plugged in. The lid comes off to access the interior where the yogurt is made. There is an insert container of similar size that sits in a warm water bath. The yogurt maker has a cord and plug for when in use, and no on/off buttons.
