Ashley Homestore Sectional Sofa with Chaise, 99” Wide

This Ashley Homestore sectional sofa was originally purchased in 2021. It has lived a full life, held up well, and still has plenty of comfort left. Now, full honesty: two cats have loved this couch since the day we got it. Is it scratched up? Absolutely. But you know what else it is? Loved, comfortable, and still very usable. There are no stains, just loose fibers and cat scratches on certain areas, mostly near the corners and lower sides, as shown in the photos. It still sits great and is very comfortable. One leg needs a washer bolt, the flat circular piece, which was lost during the move. It does not affect the stability or function of the couch. So why are we getting rid of this hunk of beauty? After a year in Chicago, it has become clear that it is just too big for our space. Dimensions: Total width: 99 inches, Chaise length: 68 inches, Non-chaise depth: 26 inches, Height: 34.5 inches. Pickup is in a high-rise building with service elevator and loading dock access. Reservation is required, so we can coordinate once you decide this couch is ready for its next home. Couch will be vacuumed before pickup to remove excess cat hair. Great for someone who wants a comfortable sectional, has pets, needs a starter couch, college apartment couch, guest room couch, or just wants something functional without paying new-couch prices. Pickup is in a Streeterville high-rise. If you already have a truck or large vehicle, you are welcome to bring it down piece by piece and make multiple trips. Service elevator/loading dock access is available, but it needs to be reserved in advance if you plan to use movers or want a more formal pickup window.
