### Obverse (front)
**Wear and Detail Integrity:**
The major devices show full detail with no evidence of circulation wear. High points are intact, though the strike appears slightly soft in the central motifs.
**Luster and Eye Appeal:**
Luster is present but muted across the fields. The eye appeal is average for an uncirculated specimen of this grade.
**Surface Condition:**
Numerous contact marks and small abrasions are scattered across the fields and primary focal areas, consistent with a basal uncirculated state.
### Reverse (back)
**Wear and Detail Integrity:**
Design elements are fully formed. The legends and central figure maintain sharp outlines, though minor flatness is noted on the highest relief.
**Luster and Eye Appeal:**
The surface exhibits a frosty texture with moderate luster. Overall visual harmony is disrupted by multiple surface impairments.
**Surface Condition:**
The fields display significant bag marks and scuffs. Some larger marks are visible on the primary device, limiting the technical grade.
### Grading Analysis Results
**Grade: MS-60 (Mint State 60)**
This uncirculated coin exhibits no wear but features numerous contact marks, lackluster surfaces, and distracted eye appeal throughout.
