Vintage Swan Plate and Swan Planter

This is the Avon Gentle Moments Plate featuring a mother swan and her duckling & a vintage blue ceramic planter. Sold together! Perfect for Mother’s Day coming up🙂 plate has some crazing but in otherwise great condition with a plate hanger for a wall. Planter has very minor chip and some inside stains from its previous plant 🌱 pickup in Bridgeport!
