Selling a spectacular, rare matching pair of two (2) authentic late 1920s/1930s antique travel wardrobe steamer trunks. They stand vertically and open up like a book to reveal a built-in hanging closet on one side and a stack of dresser drawers on the other. The interior drawers are accented with stunning, original silver Art Deco handles. These trunks have incredible real-world history—one was used by my grandfather to travel the world while working on ships, giving it an amazing, authentic global sea-travel patina with character scratches. The second trunk is in beautiful, cosmetically pristine condition with no scratches. Both trunks are structurally heavy-duty, rock-solid, and open smoothly.
