Spacious 2 bedroom basement unit. First come, first serve. Viewing by appointment only. One month’s rent as security deposit and one month’s advance rent required. Unit is suitable for 2 people maximum, preferably both working. Utilities are included. At the time of signing a one-year lease, you must provide two valid identity proofs and recent pay stubs. No smoking is permitted. Working couple or two students preferred. More than 2 people please do not contact. During summers, $100 additional will be added to the monthly rent for AC.
