Mayfield Floral Oil Painting

Mayfield Floral Oil Painting An original oil on canvas painting featuring a soft-palette still life of pink roses and daisies in a white wicker basket. During the 1970s and 1980s, floral still life paintings in pastel tones became immensely popular as decorative home accents. Artists like Mayfield produced high volumes of these works, often characterized by quick brushwork and romanticized, airy compositions, to be sold through boutique galleries and home decor shops. 26.5x23.5
