1989 Takamine EC128 Classical Guitar

Lovely sounding classical guitar with the looks to match! Made in Japan, this spruce and rosewood Takamine has had 35 years to open up, and represents an excellent value instrument for a player of any skill level. Just restrung with new strings–D'Addario Pro-Arté normal tension–the guitar is setup wonderfully and a breeze to play. The one odd issue with this guitar is that tightening the truss rod nut clockwise adds relief, and loosening the nut counterclockwise does not remove relief, it only loosens the nut until it comes off. As it is, this isn't something that affects playability–with the guitar tuned to pitch, the relief is measured to be 0.012". Pickup and preamp are both in good working order.
