Rear bedroom has two excellent condition airstream-custom mattress that may be separated into twins or joined as a queen bed. The septic toilet was replaced with a Nature's Head marine composting toilet that works great($2 K). This unit includes the 50 gallon fresh water, 35 grey water and 30 gallon black water tanks; Two 30 lb. aluminum propane tanks. Upgraded cedar lined closet and roll-top cabinetry spice rack. Pull out pantry cabinet, original wood faced fridge door and five pop out tables and counters provide flexible-use space. Solar cell added and an inverter retrofitted to allow AC/DC electric usage. Windows and door in solid condition. All major systems need to be updated. Under-flooring for a portion and the cooling unit for frig needs replacing . Original stereo system, all electrical and two thermostatic sensor fans work very well. Most equipment is original. All owner’s manuals and receipts available. Exterior of trailer could use some TLC. The previous owner had a a fender bender that was repaired which partially accounts for lower price. The elements have been a little hard on the clear coat and pinstriping. The tires have been always shielded from the elements and are in decent condition. This sweet trailer served us well parked as a mini off-grid cottage or would work well as a cottage bunkie.
