—Both bottles are unopened. —Come with 2 new(unopened) Spoildchild E27 (Extra strength liquid collagen in mango flavor and Spoildchild hair band (new) —The products have a shelf life of 24 months when unopened, once it is opened it is recommended to consume in 30 days. —The instructions are on the box and I recommend checking their website for more information but basically you take 1-2 tablespoons daily. You can just take the product or mix it with a beverage of your choice. I used to mix it with a sparkling water at first but ended up just taking the product alone.
