2005 Ford E450 cube van

We have this van a while now. Used it as a storage van. Engine runs, doesn’t idle well when it’s cold. Idles okay when warmed up. Other than the idle. Runs okay. Shifts good. Brakes work. No catalytic converter on it. Someone stole it and a pipe was welded in, not to have leaking exhaust. We drove it time to time. The cube. Is dry inside. Roll up door works great. Mileage is unknown since I replaced the cluster a while ago. Guessing it’s around 300k. It is the v10. Body of cab isn’t the best. Frame is good. Recommended to use a storage van. Title in hand and in my name! Price 2500, with only some wiggle room only.
