PRICE IS FIRM!!! Apparently this translates to an open door for negotiations. Since writing it on the FIRST LINE, IN CAPITAL LETTERS is not clear enough, I now require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for anyone who wants to schedule a test drive. If you buy the car, I'll deduct $50 from the price. If you don't buy it, you're out $50. 2014 Toyota Corolla LE IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) A/C (cool/cold) does not work. The refrigerant needs to be topped up, which you can do yourself for about $100, or take it into a shop & pay whatever they charge. The heating works just fine. The touchscreen needs to be replaced, however you can still access the menus through the steering wheel buttons. The radio works perfectly & I'll gladly demonstrate that for you. 2) POST SALE : The vehicle & the keys will remain on my property, until the ownership has been successfully transferred into the buyers name. 3) TEST DRIVES : Due to insurance coverage, when we go out for a test drive I will be driving the vehicle (not the potential buyer). I'll be glad to take it out on the highway & local city streets. Why? In the event we get pulled over by the police or if an accident were to happen, I would not be covered if the potential buyer was driving. 4) PAYMENT : Certified cheque or Interac e-Transfer. Preference will be given to Interac e-Transfer. 5) VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD "AS-IS". BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING THE SAFETY/CERTIFICATION DONE ON THE VEHICLE. NO WARRANTY (WRITTEN AND/OR IMPLIED).
