It has Ultra Wide Game Mode that's great in supported games on the 32 inch, and also Free Sync Premium with LFC, both missing in the new model. Other than the differences the two are identical in every way. The base of this model has a different foot print that's about it. Both have Hdmi 2 and display port 1.2 and exact same number of ports and connectivity. Both work on Windows 11, PS 5, and the greatest thing about these monitors is the joystick control (no osd) it’s just one stick to navigate the whole menu so no pushing 5 different buttons to change a single setting. There are 3 fully customizable onboard presets each accesible by just a single button push, makes switching on the fly between game genres or uses a snap. This monitor is insanely packed with features even at full price, including certified G Sync compatibility, low hardware input lag. The extra screen real estate shines in all productivity and gaming purposes ie Win 11 snap layouts, etc, and it is so bright that I only ever gamed on 50% brightness (about a dozen times since new). You're welcome to check out Black Friday but unless price of 4K is really coming down with all these features, you likely won't find anything equivalent at this rock bottom price point. If smoothness, latency, lag is important to you you won’t ever even notice this monitor it is fast. Includes ALL original including box + styrofoam, DP cable, stand (another GREAT feature the stand, raises lowers tilts rotates but I used mine with monitor arm), adaptor.
