Cheats can be accessed at any point during the game. It does screen shots. The Retron 5 plays NTSC and PAL cartridges. CIC and lockout chips are 100% compatible and not an issue. It has 2 controller ports for each platform. This console sells for over $200. I’m not charging you that much. You can buy it from me for only $100.
