Ebike Batteries and E-scooter Wheels

One lithium-ion battery is in working condition and needs to be charged right away. The other two batteries are uncharged, and I don't know if they work. These are yours to figure out. I'm not sure if all are working. I don't have the charging cords for any of these three batteries. Also included are two e-scooter wheels (one is tubeless) and a harness, as shown in the video/pictures. red and blue one that's the one with eight and a half inch by 2 inch The green and black one is a tubeless 10-in x 2.75- 6.5 inch
