Ebike Batteries and E-scooter Wheels

One lithium-ion battery is in working condition and needs to be charged right away. The other two batteries are uncharged, and I don't know if they work. These are yours to figure out. I guess the way I look at it is there are approximately so many batteries in each of these, so you're going to have some good ones and probably a bad one or so. I'm not sure, hopefully all working. I don't have the charging cords for any of these three batteries. Also included are two e-scooter wheels/harnesses; one is tubeless. Dimensions are as requested.
