4x Broil King Stainless Steel Burner Tubes. 🥕 #freecycle

Four Broil King stainless steel burner tubes. Missing one quick lighter. Approximately 15inches in length however the mounting screw hole is 14.5 inches from the end of the tubes( burners that are 13 to 15.5 inches will work.)They have a small 1/2" diameter at the end that will connect to a gas line (slide on nipple on your bbq). You only need to unplug your quick lighter and remove the mount screw at the top back of element (might need WD40 to loosen those and remove the crud). Pop out the old element and replace with the new, before you screw it in make sure you run the wire for the quick lighter and slip it on to the tab located behind your gas knobs. Now lift the element up on the far side and guide the gas end over the gas spout, slide towards yourself and drop the far side on the mount tab and insert screw. Test the quick lighter to see spark, if you see the spark move on to next and if not check the wire connection is snug ( they sometimes need to be cleaned with a wire brush or emery cloth). When you have all installed but not completely screwed tight on mounts,hook up you propane and turn on but listen for a few seconds, if there's a loud hiss or whistling stop and turn off propane, wait a few seconds and check to make sure you've got the tubes placed correctly on the gas output nipples(wiggle or slide back and forth with loosened mount screw, have they a slide of 1/2 inch to fit the air window properly. Tighten mount screws and get grilling. Free to a good home.
