M Charizard EX 69/106

Market price is around $335 for near mint. Due to the whitening and crease on the card I am willing to knock it down to $220. This card is estimated to only increase in value as the new mega sets come out and it's Charizard. Local pick up is preferred. Not looking to trade cards. Check out my other listings as well.
