Adorable handmade 50s-60s pink and black pencil/wiggle skirt. literally perfect for a sweater girl costume no label size as it is handmade, measurements, laying flat, are: waist just under 17in, hips about 22.5in, and length from top to bottom is 31 inches item is in good used vintage condtion. it has some signs of age and shows that it is handmade but has no stains, tears or major flaws.
