Audi a4 Quattro 2003 V6 3L

It looks like the battery is drained, but I don’t have anything to charge it. The car turns on the lights and everything, but when I try to start it, it won’t start. It seems like it’s going to start, but it doesn’t. So, I suppose the battery needs to be replaced, I know that if the battery were properly charged, it might start, I haven’t driven it in a long time. The dipstick for measuring the oil is broken, and the hood release lever is also broken (the hood still opens, only the plastic piece broke). Also, when the car is running, it shakes, so I’m not sure if it’s the spark plugs or if the catalytic converter is clogged.
