SUBLET, La Tour Eiffel A - 291 Goulet St (Globe Property Management) Up for grabs is my lovely 6th floor, Bachelor’s Suite located in the St Boniface area! All utilities are included in the rent, so you would only have to worry about getting your own tenant insurance and cable/internet (Globe has a partnership with Bell MTS fibre that gives you a discounted rate as well). Building is a few minutes walk away from the forks, and is just a short walk away from some neat restaurants/stores off Marion, Des Meurons and Provencher.
