Beginner Aquarium plants for sale! No cuttings, all of them are sold with roots for faster growth. All of them are grown emersed. These pictures are taken online but the plants are really similar. Dwarf Hairgrass (Easy) - 10$ per cup CO2 and good lighting recommended for faster growth. 2. SOLD OUT - Monte Carlo (Easy) - 10$ per cup. Fastest carpet plant. Can cover your tank entirely in 2-3 months with right parameters. 3. SOLD OUT - Hydrocotyle Tripartita (Easy) - 10$ per ziplock bag Cool plant. Can be grown attached on rocks, wood or in the substrate. 4. Hygrophila Polysperma (Easy) - 1$ per stem Background plant, can grow fairly tall. Grows fast, can be grown on both low and high light. 5. Alternanthera Reineckii (Medium) - 1$ per stem Medium plant, my favorite red plant. Requires good lighting for burst of red color. 6. Ludwigia Super Red (Medium) - 10$ per 15+ stems Background plant, can be grown in medium light but prefers high light for red leaves to show. 7. Staurogyne Repens (Easy) - 10$ per cup One of the best and popular plants as they can be grown on both low and high tech. Prefers good nutrient rich substrate for growth. 8. Crypt Wendtii (Easy) - 10$ per 3 bunches Medium height plant. Changes color depending on lighting. Can be grown on a shade as well. 9. Aponogeton Ulvaceus (Easy) - 5$ per 1 bunch Unique curvy leaves that can grow quite long depending lighting. 10. Bacopa Caroliniana (Easy) - 1$ per 12+ stems Popular beginner plant. Grows fairly fast, can be cut into multiple smaller branches and replanted back to the susbtrate. 11. Bacopa Monnieri Compact (Easy ) - 10$ per 12+ stems. Similar to Caroliana, leaves are smaller and more green, can be grown fairly close to each other for a nice, lush bushy effect. 12. Bacopa Indica Bonsai (Medium) 10$ per bag, 15+ stems Requires good substrate, light and CO2 to grow. Takes time to grow but once they settled in, they grow quite nice. My favorite Bacopa species! 13. SOLD OUT - Hygrophila Compact (Easy) - 10$ per 3 stems Cool mid-ground green plant (similar to S Repens but larger). Changes color green when planted submerged. 14. SOLD OUT - Amazon Sword (Easy) - 5$ per 1 bunch. One of the most popular plants for beginners as it can grow in any water parameters. Does not require a lot of light or CO2 but relies heavily on nutrients on the soil to grow (root tabs can be used). 15. SOLD OUT - Rotala Rotundifolia (Easy/Medium) - 10$ per 15+ stems Nice background plant that can grow quite tall. One of the best red background plants when planted in a bush and changes color depending on the lighting (high light = red, low light = green). 16. SOLD OUT - Lilaeopsis or ππͺπ€π³π° ππΈπ°π³π₯ (Easy) - 10$ per cup Easy but one of the slowest carpeting plant to grow. Requires good nutrients, CO2 and lighting for full carpet. 17. SOLD OUT - Java Moss (Easy) - 5$ per cup Another popular plant for beginners as it is the fastest growing and easiest moss to grow. Good moss to have for shrimps and baby fish as it serves as both food and hiding place for them! 18. SOLD OUT - Fissidens Fontanus Moss (Medium/Hard) - 15$ per cup. Grows very slow and requires very specific water parameters for growth (light, nutrients, CO2 and water flow). Not recommended for beginners as algae loves growing on this moss. Although its slow, its my favorite moss in the hobby!
