0Selling a black Vespa scooter. It shows some signs of use, but a fun ride!. Situation with the Vespa is that it was abandoned on the property. We followed procedure and sent two notices to the registered owner with no response. So there are no keys and no ownership. You can take the two registered notices to the ministry and have it transferred over. But you would have to acquire a key for it which I'm told is less than $30. Open to offers.
