16I've had this PS4 since launch but it started acting up 2 years in. now when you try to turn it on it doesn't fully boot after the PlayStation logo, still turns on and still can access the safe mode properly with no hesitation. I have no controller for it tho but willing to give the HDMI cable with it if needed. ONLY MESSAGE IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY WILLING TO BUY AND NOT WASTE TIME.
