selling this big, comfy armchair, perfect for curling up with a book, watching tv, or just relaxing. it has a deep, wide seat that makes it extra cozy, and the neutral gray fabric fits into almost any space. it can comfortably fit one person (as shown in the pic) and can comfortably fit two people as well (as shown in the pic). condition: well-loved but still super comfortable! there’s some wear (as shown in the photos), but no major stains, rips, or structural issues. it’s sturdy and has plenty of life left in it. if you want a refresh, you can get new covers for it! i’m not sure of the exact brand since it belonged to my grandfather, but similar chairs have washable slipcovers available online. approx. dimensions: 49"x47"x25" great for a reading nook, bedroom, or as an extra lounge chair in your living space. if you’re looking for a cozy, oversized chair to sink into, this is it! pickup only and you'll need either a van or a pickup truck to transport it. let me know if you’re interested! $150 OBO
