This Bus needs a new homeowner!!! I built this during the height of covid with the intent of traveling Canada but was then forced to park it, do to Canadian travel restrictions. I ended up Finding a spot just out side of Okotoks where I ended up staying and lived in it for a year and a half. I was force to move back into the city after a bad car accident due to medical requirements for my recovery. It has been wild year and things are life is starting to get back normal, but I am not able to live this life style at the moment. It is a sad truth that I have accepted and I'm hoping that I can someone who will enjoy it as much as I did. THE FACTS -Ceiling is R22.5 ridged foam -Walls are R15 ridged -Floor is spray foamed with R40 on the undercarriage (outside) -It is wired for 120v and 12v with a inverter and converter and has 2 deep cycle marine batteries wired in sequence. It is currently is not running solar but with a solar kit set up this would be no problem as it has been wire with this in mind. -Fully functional shower -Double sink with spray nozzle -Live edge desk (aprox 4'x2') -Swinging dining table -Bed area fits a standard Queen bed (bed not included) -Natures Head toilet -60 Gal fresh water -50 Gal grey water -Pellet stove with a 30 lb hopper runs off 120v (will run for 36 hr unattended, and I had no problems in -30 with this stove running at about 1/2 - 3/4 -laminate flooring -5 drawers under the bed + 1 large pull out (linin / storage) -Plenty of storage under the bed accessed from rear door -6 cabinet + 4 30" drawers in the kitchen (2 - 4" 1 - 6" 1-10") doors and drawers are all birch -Microwave and fridge both run off 120v -TV 120v -LED strip lighting throughout with RBG in bedroom and fireplace area -Fridge, TV, and Pellet Stove all have 12v wiring to areas that is accessible but curranty hidden FULL DISCLOSOUR This Bus has just about a million KM But it still runs very well, it has a 6.9 Diesel engine witch are bullet proof. it would more than likely need a safety inspection prior to insuring it. IT WILL DO 0-100 in eventually :) There are a few things that would possibly need a attention (but none that would impede immediate occupation) The Grey water tank is fully functional but is a 50 Gal blue plastic drum. The tires are in good shape but would recommend changing them if you were planning a long trip. currently the drivers seat is removed as I had it park while living it. It is posible that you will need to install a seat belt on the couch for traveling purposes. PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS INQURIES
