Cozy 1 Bedroom Available Near The 17th AVE

Hi, welcome to my post! I am looking for a flatmate to share this newly furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in the heart of the city. This 2 floored condo is in a trendy neighbourhood and very close to the 17th Ave. I have recently purchased all the furniture from IKEA (still yet to assemble the coffee table and chairs for the dinning). Your room would consist of a closet, a day bed that opens up into a full size bed. It also consists of 3 storage draws underneath. The living room is spacious and also comes with a fireplace to keep everyone nice and cozy in the winters. All the appliances are brand new.
