Nanaimo Station Zone 1 10 minutes walk 3 people in total living in the first floor master room (male), kitchen. 2nd floor has two rooms one bathroom Only two people can share the bathroom Looking for roommates 850$ per month + internet, utilities (paid once every two months) Deposit is half of the monthly rent, 425$ Includes a double bed, closet, and plenty of storage space and there is space behind the hanger to put 4-5 carriers. There is also a radiator in the room, so you can control the temperature. the room is on the second floor, so you can get a lot of sunlight.
