Subletting my one-bedroom apartment at Carriage Works Lofts on Princess and Rupert. Available February or March 1st, 2025. Lease ends August 2025. Concrete building, corner unit is very quiet. Bedroom with south facing window fits a queen-size bed comfortably and room for a chair or dresser at the end. Building is pet-friendly, up to two pets, with no size limit. Pet deposit ($672.50) is required. Apartment is East facing and huge floor to ceiling windows with great sunrises. Plus south facing window next to kitchen. Huge secure, fenced-in dog run/smoking area behind the building. Gym, bike parking and laundry room in the basement. All secure access. Shared rooftop patio with BBQS. Internet included (multiple devices and gaming with no issues). Utilities included except for hydro but has never gone over $35 per month. (This winter was more than spring was no more than 25) Parking indoors available across the street unsure of cost as I don’t have a vehicle.
