Bought in 2018. Works amazing. Took off the bottom to detail clean it and I don’t think I put the screws back on tightly enough so it makes a loud rattle sound on the carpet setting. Still works on both hardwood and carpet perfectly fine. I’m sure it’s an easy fix or you can buy a replacement head for about $140 on the Dyson website (or the Dyson store in Victoria). This is more of an auditory aesthetic flaw. Comes with all the original attachments.
