E-bike

I got this E bike not too long ago. I got it for 1500. I’m looking somewhere to 400 to 600 for it throw in your offers. It has working turn signals a light and a horn. I was riding it one day then, a piece of glass went into the back tire so I had to spend $150 to replace it so the back tire is practically new. The only thing that is wrong with it that one suspension is missing, but it won’t affect you’re riding you can test it as long as the money is in my hand it goes up to 45 km/h it’s a one seater this was made in the USA so you won’t see a lot of of these and if you wanna make it legal, you have to put pedals on it but they’re like $20 if you have any questions, let me know also please do not text if you’re just going to leave me on open or set up a date to come pick it up then not come I repeat please do not do this
