Fastening a Porch Step

Wooden deck stairs. Three steps. Grey paint. Approximately 30 inches wide. Need a handyman/handylady to fasten with a drill or screwdriver the step. This may be a two step job if you have any idea of how to drill into concrete as I need to secure the handrail to the concrete patio also but I still need to buy concrete fasteners and the braces.
