Glenbrook SW Private Room, $700, 1-person and $850 for Couple

Kabayan, we have a vacant room good for 1 person ($700) or a married couple po ($850). It has a Queen Size bed with adjustable base, with remote control for massage and lift for the head and legs to adjust when you need it to watch the TV inside the room or just reading a book. Rent includes heat, light, water and unlimited internet. We have 2 modems, 3 washrooms, 2 sets of washer and dryer, 2 kitchens and everyone is Pinoys po. There is a mini ref inside the room and a big freezer at the sitting room. TV has Netflix, Fire Stick, Disney channel and other channels po. House owner/Landlords are asthmatic that is why we can't accept smokers, alcohol drinkers and any kind of drugs. We are Christian family and my husband is a Christian Pastor. We are at Glenbrook SW near Glenbrook Plaza, Richmond Road, Signal Hills and West Hills Centre. Location is just 8-11 minutes by car to Downtown and 20-22 minutes by Bus 6. The Bus station is just 2-3 minutes walk from our house. Glenbrook is a quite, respectful community and we are near the Calgary Christian School-Elementary Campus. Any guest will only be allowed at the living room as respect to everyone especially to the Landlord. We have a renter who has been with us for 10 years already, which means, we really know how to maintain the rental house and we hope that the prospective renter po will be someone who is very responsible.
