Almost new. Purchased in August when I moved but it doesnt go with my other furniture as well as I expected. The back reclines to a 45 degree angle or folds down fully flat to a bed. Its very easy to use. Non-smoking home but I have a cat. She has not scratched the sofa but she does love to nap on it (in case you have allergies). There was one small tear in the fabric from when I moved it that has since been repaired but it is otherwise in nearly new condition. No spills, minimal dust as I run a hepa filter 24/7. The height of the legs can be adjusted a bit to level on uneven flooring as well. See photos for details.
