Used cookbook. Third edition. Excellent condition. Great resource for bakers. Perfect gift ( since its brand new ) for that friend in mid-age crisis who is planning to start baking !! ( Pun intended ) Bought it from amazon ( 60 CAD ) Hardly read, I misunderstood it’s purpose and audience. Great for someone who wants to get into baking and want to learn technicalities. This is one of the highest rated cookbook for baking by a very reputed bakery chef. All exercises in this book are unfilled and untouched. I opened this book twice and read 40 pages. Not my cup of tea. I thought someone can benefit from this.
