I’m looking to rent a 2 bedroom (no buldings)

Hi It’s my first time try to rent anywhere I support my mom and my two kittys I work full time local in Scarborough At the same place for over 10 years I don’t have a credit score. I never needed a credit card I didn’t want to create any debt So I never got one I’m finding out it’s extremely difficult to even apply to rent It would two females renting daughter and mom and two kittys I was hoping to move asap I can give my work reference and what I make per year for you to decide if you would like to rent to us I’m trying to get a place for 2000 or under if utilities are not included We want a quiet place to start living We use public transportation
