Signed Watercolour Print #10/150

Limited edition signed print by Canadian artist Cynthia Mckenzie (B.1952). She was very active in the 1980's, and several of her works have sold in local auctions. It's entitled: "Wind Surfing on Windermere", which is located in the Kooteney Rockies region of B.C. It's hand signed in pencil by the artist, and numbered #10/150. The print itself appears to be in perfect condition. It's currently framed and protected under glass, however the older wooden frame is not in good condition, so it would likely need to be reframed. The current frame has two holes drilled directly through it, and shows lots of wear (see pic #6). Because of this, the price has been drastically reduced. Inside frame measurements are 18 x 22 inches. If it were reframed, it would look fantastic, as the print itself looks to be in mint condition. I also have another signed limited edition watercolour print available, by this same artist. It's in excellent condition too, but needs a new frame as well. Same size, 18 x 22 inches. It displays vertically, rather than horizontally, and is visible in the last picture (pic #10). If someone out there would like to breathe some life into these, and put some new frames on them, they would look really great displayed together. Asking $75 each.
