Leather Sofa Set

Note: these have been in storage for a year, just took them out to sell them, they look a little wrinkly because they had boxes of Christmas decorations on them but they'll disappear soon enough. Smoke free home picture 1: leather Love seat (5 ft long, 3 feet wide). A little wear on the arms, nothing horrible. picture 2: matching couch (6.5 feet long). Legitimately the most comfortable couch I've ever slept on, upset to be getting rid of it but it doesn't match my new furniture. There is a significant tear in one arm (see picture 3). It's repairable using the Coconix leather repair kit on Amazon, they're like $25 bucks. Looking for $100 for the loveseat, $50 for the couch since it's ripped.
