Lego Ninjago Empire Dragon, Incomplete and missing Lloyd

Lego Ninjago Prime Empire, Empire Dragon Set, No Side Build(Where the sword is put and the sword). The Dragon is missing one claw and otherwise looks complete, will say 99%. Missing a lot of weapons(check picture pls). Missing Lloyd Minifigure. The other two minifigures are in decent condition, but Kai seems to have a slightly loose left arm. I can see that some stickers are applied but cannot tell what percentage is applied and what percentage is missing (if any is missing). No Instructions, Box and Extra Pieces. Pls look at the picture, pick up in Bernard Avenue and Yonge Street.
