super cute sweater skirt! the 'Bum Warmer' by Honeybea. the flower is meant to go one the back!! it is a mini skirt made to be worn with a long sweater and leggings, like a sweater extension. these skirts are hand crafted and canadian (toronto) made! label size Small, waist laying flat is 13.5in, widest part of skirt/hips is just under 16.5in, length from top to bottom is 15.5in item is in great used condtion with no flaws or stains that I could notice.
