So double the amount of 7 GB - - Brand new SSD installed. 128 GB (Brand: INRAM) - - - SSD installed manually using nvme adaptor (ter?) 2280. Everything is installed and working - Important: Current Operating System is Linux (command line only). Can install another version of Linux. I couldn't do internet based recovery for MacOS. I havent tried booting from a disk, in order to install MacOS. As I wanted to run Linux on the machine - Unit was under warranty via Apple from year 2013 and till 2018. I reckon. During this time, I think the, I think it called nvram unit was replaced by Apple store. It's never gave me an issue. Till the ssd failed and see above (brand new installed and tested for 1 week now) - No scratches on the screen - Minor wear and tear - I think I dropped the unit once on the carpet. But this was back ten years ago. Next - Charging unit has a slightly frayed cable. I put electric tape on it and it's been working fine. You can always get a new charging cable/unit - Accessories include. But please read - - Apple original mouse (Note: The button for the backpanel is loose. The screw is brand new. So very easy to open and if you wanted to upgrade to an ssd with more capacity - Apple Thunderbolt to DVi connector. For connecting to an external/secondary monitor - Within reason: I can stress test the unit any number of times you want (cpu, disk reas, disk writes, memory). Using the stress utility in Linux. Happy to run live stress tests via zoom or recorded video etc I can also install Ubuntu Desktop on it or any other flavor of Linux that you'd like. To get MacOS on the machine. We could ask around.
