Opened MAPEI Mapesonic 2 membrane — featuring sound reduction and crack isolation. One 16 sq ft roll, 37 lbs (heavy in my opinion), rolled out size 39 inches x 49 feet when new - Used only a bit. Includes one litre of MAPEI SM Primer. (opened), water-based primer for MAPEI membranes. Fast drying. Pickup only in the evening, at Yonge and Finch area. Recommend to have a car (37 lbs, heavy in my opinion)
