Metal holder for van roof rack

Seriously, what is this called? This is the piece that gets bolted to the top of a van for bolting a roof rack to it. (Not the rack, the holder) Apparently, if you know what it is & can fix things yourself, this might be interesting. It’s approximately 83” x 1.75”. I can measure more specifically if you need it. It’s been stored outside so has some rusty spots. Kind of impossible to take a picture. If you are a working guy/gal send me an offer. (Like come & pick it up please!!) It was on an older ford van, for commercial use.
