Selling a brand new corded Milwaukee industrial drill to make space in the garage. It operates at 120V AC/7A. It has a variable max no-load speed of 350/1350 RPM. Includes a trigger switch, triple gear train, and a 1/2-inch metal keyed chuck. Electrical cord is 8ft. It's in great shape and ready to get the job done. I don't have the box anymore, but it's brand new and never been used. Retails for $800. Willing to negotiate a little, but no lowballs.
