Napoleon Apollo Smoker with BBQ Guru temperature controller. Uses charcoal with wood chunks for flavor. The Apollo breaks down into smaller sections with the bottom section being a charcoal grill. Two level grills allows you to smoke two pork shoulders fir example. The BBQ Guru controls the temperature by monitoring air flow and increasing air flow via a fan if temperature drops. Makes smoking much easier. Paid $450 for the Apollo and $350 for the BBQ Guru about 5 years ago. Selling both for $300.
