Hey Karroters! It’s time for spooky season 👻. For our October Freecycle we’re making it Halloween themed! This time when you post your 3 free items you can include a Halloween related item for a higher chance of getting picked as one of the winners. From old costumes to unused decor, I'm sure we all got something sitting in our closet or basement collecting cobwebs🕸. Don’t celebrate it or have any Halloween items? No worries, we’ll still be picking winners who just post 3 regular free items as well! Whether you’re a new joiner or already a long time Karrot user we hope you’ll all join in on this fun event by giving away items you no longer use. When you’ve finished posting your items we would also love to hear why you decided to give them away. Your neighbours will appreciate it 🙌. Terms and Conditions - Users who upload three or more "freecycling listings" between October 21 0:00 - October 30 23:59 will be counted as valid entry. - Listings with price set at $0 with #freecycle tag in the title will be counted as a valid "freecycling listing". - Listings must be given away for free and cannot be sold for $. All listings and chats will be monitored and any listing found to be fake or ingenuine will be disqualified. - Winners will be randomly selected. - Users can only win one prize. - This promotion is only open to signed up & verified users in Ontario. - Listings must include pictures of actual items and an accurate description. - Listings must follow Karrot's guidelines and policies. Items listed in Karrot's Prohibited Items will be excluded. - Winners will be announced as an in-app post on October 31st. Each winner will get a chat message from the Karrot Team on prize redemption.
